Halloween

This year, for Halloween (I guess I'm really behind on these posts), Miss Alexis was a witch.

We had some professional pictures taken ahead of time, but these are the pictures I took on Halloween.

She didn't want to wear her hat, so it was just the dress.

We decided to stay at home and hand out candy this year.

We waited and waited, but we didn't get any trick-or-treaters this year (possibly because our neighborhood isn't very big, and it recently became a gated community),

but Alexis and I had a good time together on the patio, anyway.

I think Alexis was trying to get some kids to come to our house by showing them we had gum,

or maybe she just wanted to try it herself.
