Lake Mead

Mommy's old friend, John, and his fiance', Shannon, moved to town, so we all decided to go on a picnic at Lake Mead.

Alexis loves picnics.

After we ate, we went down to the water. Alexis was a little skeptical at first.

There were lots of people swimming and playing on the beach.

Alexis decided to go in for a closer look, while Mommy & Daddy stood by.

Alexis liked the water and wanted to tell Mommy all about it.

But, it was a little slippery.

Who knew there would be so many shells?
