The pediatrician called last week and said that the results of the renal ultrasound did not show any problems with the kidneys (PHEW!!). He spoke with the nephrologist and they agreed that they'd like to do the blood work again in a few months, just to be sure, but for now we're just going to wait and see.
The vomitting seems to have subsided (mostly), and I think she's grown a little. Today, we got the final word from the doctor that the rest of her test results had come back normal. In addition to the kidney function tests, he ran a food allergy screen and some kind of growth hormone check. He said she showed a SLIGHT egg white allergy (like her Daddy), but he said it was borderline and unless she shows a reaction to it, we don't have to worry about it. So far, I haven't noticed a link between eggs and her vomitting, but I will be watching closely.
