Dog day afternoon

This weekend, after driving around for quite some time and NOT finding the Native American Festival we were looking for, we decided to head home, pick up Elvis and go to the doggie park (somewhat of a family habit anyway).

Daddy's convinced that Alexis could be a great golfer, so last weekend he decided it was time to take her to the driving range.

A day at the park

One of the many great things about Las Vegas is that it's full of parks! Recently, we went to the one at Town Square (a shopping area about 1/2 down from the Strip). Here are some pictures from our day...

Then, Alexis made some new friends.

Daddy even let her talk to some boys.

This one was particularly interested in her.

So, Alexis wanted a closer look.

Then, another boy came to talk with her.

Time for a rest.

Another beautiful day in Las Vegas.

I'm a little bit behind on my posts, so I decided to put the rest of the Arizona pictures together in one big post.

The floors were too slippery to crawl on, though, and she just ended up scooting around in circles (rather amusing!).

The kitties weren't taking any chances and got out of there fast!

On to helping Grandpa work on his laptop.

After hiking, we stopped off at the PBC (Prescott Brewing Company).

The menu hasn't changed since Mommy and Daddy first went there 6 years ago.

Neither has the beer! Yummm!

Driving home, we made one final stop in Kingman at the IHOP (no, we didn't plan our whole trip around food).
